Welcome

Since VERBLE, WORTH & VERBLE was incorporated in 1982, we have provided quality services to an array of clients in both the public and private sectors. Some of our client relationships extend for over two decades, but we also take on new clients every year. We practice as individuals and in partnerships with one another and with other consultants outside of our corporate structure. We enjoy working in our own hometown but are often found far from home. So far in 2010, we’ve had projects in 7 different states and in Canada, Spain, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, France, Hungary and China.

Many of our clients are in healthcare or manufacturing. But other segments of the economy we’re worked in during the first six months of this year are higher education, financial services, the military and charities. Across the board, we use of a wide range of skills that include practical analysis, writing, synthesizing and applying in-depth knowledge accumulated over years. Some consulting companies employ mostly young people with recent degrees. We see advantages to new angles and fresh ideas and try to bring creativity to every project we do. But we also think that nothing gives perspective like experience.

We made a strategic decision two decades ago to keep our company small. That decision has paid off for us and for the people who hire us in our ability to keep our overhead low and focus, not on our own personnel, but on our clients’ issues and goals. Our size also provides a personal, responsible relationship with everyone we do business with and ensures the quality control over our services that our clients need and expect. Collaborative relationships with others, such as the Lean Transformation Group, the Lean Enterprise Institute, Roberts and Kay and the Center for Quality People and Organizations, gives us the flexibility to expand to take on larger projects.
