Lean Transformations Group Services
One of the most productive collaborative relationships we have developed in the past three years is with Lean Transformations Group, LLC (LTG). LTG applies fundamentals of the Toyota Production System to manufacturing as well as non-manufacturing environments (i.e., hospitals, clinics, school systems, etc.) through workshops and consulting.
